State electricity prices and tariffs (from 1 January 2025) shall apply to consumers who have not chosen an independent electricity supplier and to whom, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Electricity, the state supplier (UAB Ignitis) must supply electricity. electricity at the state electricity price, i.e. the consumption of the objects of which does not exceed 1000 kWh during the period established by the Law on Electricity of the Republic of Lithuania. The services of the state supplier (UAB Ignitis) are currently used by about 0.5 million households. This group of consumers must choose an independent supplier by 2025. December 31
