Fishermen who release fish (limited catch) will pay less for permits (fisherman’s cards): a permit that does not grant the right to catch the caught fish will cost 10 euros per month and 25 euros per year.

A one-day permit (isherman’s card) for catching salmon and slag will cost 15 euros, a corresponding permit that does not give the right to remove the caught salmon or slag will cost 5 euros.

All recreational fishing permits issued prior to the entry into force of the amendments to the Recreational Fishing Act will be valid until the end of the period specified in them.

You can book a fishing ticket: in the ALIS system

Permits are also issued:

    • At Perlas terminals and Maxim ticket offices, you can buy recreational angler tickets and recreational angler cards for unleased waters;
    • Tickets for recreational fishermen are available at Narvesen kiosks,
    • All types of fishing permits can be purchased at Tiketa retail locations and online.

Persons under 18 can fish for free. Until 2024, this was also possible for persons under 16, pensioners, and the disabled.

The right of residents of the Rusnė district to free fishing in the waters of the Nemunas Delta Regional Park is being revoked.
